Our "cartridge" resistors are manufactured with high quality materials and high technology processes in order to withstand the demands of different applications, ensuring they are long lasting and have high performance at temperatures up to 700ºC when properly applied.
We manufacture "cartridge" resistors with incorporated thermocouple for types J and K (DIN classification).
When controlling temperature, the thermostat or thermoregulatory probe must be applied as close as possible to the resistance to obtain a faster response.
The tables indicate maximum powers that must not be exceeded, calculated at 28/30 W/cm² of the heated area. Whenever possible, it is recommended to use resistors with powers lower than the limit, increasing durability. Intermediate lengths and powers can be requested, as well as resistors with different heat distribution.
The normal length of connection cables is 250mm, unless specified by the customer.
